One of NFS’ new customers, The British Library, selected the Rendezvous solution to drive its meeting room and conference business. The Library’s Business & IP Centre offers essential resources, advice sessions with experts, and holds regular workshops and events. George Hanna, Project Manager at the British Library, comments: “The implementation of Rendezvous will allow the organisation to replace many legacy systems, streamline and simplify our booking process and improve self-service booking. A new NFS customer on the catering side of Events and Venue Management is Peyton & Byrne, the high-profile concession caterer which operates a number of successful restaurants in stations, museums, galleries and parks in London. The group selected NFS’ Rendezvous to run Peyton Events, their Banqueting & Events business. Rendezvous will consolidate Peyton & Byrne’s entire customer database and also simplify processes at Head Office for group-wide communications and centralised management.
