It also offers up-to-the-minute management reporting, an easy search facility and integrated badge printing.

Exchange Integration

The Active Directory (AD) Integration helps an organisation manage access and security profiles for the Rendezvous Workspace system, which it does by allowing the IT infrastructure team to manage Rendezvous profiles using AD group mapping. This enables a ‘Single Sign On process’ (also called Pass Through Authentication), eliminating the need to remember additional usernames and passwords. Additionally, Rendezvous is aware of new staff members and leavers at all times.

Automated Notification

The Rendezvous Automated Alerts module provides a simple and effective, paper-free way to to update all relevant people immediately as each meeting-change request comes in, using automated emails sent to service providers, notice boards and mobile devices prior to the meeting. Automated Alerts allows for up-to-the-minute communication between the meeting host, the service provider and the visitor, giving the entire meetings team greater flexibility to deal with last-minute requests.

Self Service Interface

Many businesses have embraced the concept of allowing staff to book rooms and resources. The Rendezvous suite of scheduling software has a powerful web-based interface for self-service bookings which is able to integrate with corporate intranets.
