Outstanding Customer Service

Our company philosophy is focussed on the provision of outstanding customer service.

It is based around the following key principles:

  • solving as many problems as possible when the calls are placed.
  • allocating priority to customer problems which are having a direct impact on the clients business e.g. system down scenario.
  • being able to connect to the client system by prior arrangement to ensure NFS can deal with issues promptly.
  • to log outstanding matters for escalation to more senior Helpdesk staff and ensure that reminders are automated using the Helpdesk system.
  • to treat all clients who call for support with courtesy and ensure good communication on all outstanding issues.
  • to conclude service level agreements with major clients to cover their unique operating requirements e.g. a late night event.

NFS operate a 24/7 manned Helpdesk. All clients operating NFS software generally contact NFS for support of the NFS software as well as a number of different IT components, which could include hardware, networking and other IT related areas.

An automated Helpdesk tracking system is used which makes it possible for NFS to track the resolution of problems and report back to clients on the nature and frequency of support calls. In doing so we are able to identify specific issues, for example, a need for additional training or a product malfunction that needs to be addressed.

Integrated Solutions

We design our product suite to promote integration and constantly develop ways to assist you with the task of creating a more integrated total solution.

For example, take our Aloha EPOS solution. We have now added restaurant reservations and stock control, thus providing restaurant operators with a complete solution.

Similarly, our Rendezvous conference and catering management solution has interfaces with a range of accounting systems but also offers connectivity with a corporate bookings portal, thus providing a total solution for our larger corporate accounts.

Our product suite gives you a dual benefit: you get an outstanding range of software while our consultancy experiences enables you to “connect” key aspects of your business in the most effective way. This frees up staff time to enhance your customer service and lowers operating cost. The bottom line? A better long-term return on investment (ROI).

Business Partnerships

As a Microsoft Certified Solutions Provider, NFS is also able to offer clients training and assistance on a range of Microsoft solutions. Many of our clients operate an extended day, so NFS provide a 24-hour manned Helpdesk, 365 days a year. As a medium sized company, NFS is able to respond flexibly to client needs and offer practical assistance and support in creating customised solutions for major clients.
To ensure our client's benefit from industry standard technologies, NFS have partnered with many of the leading providers of hardware and software. Our alliances include partnerships with companies like Microsoft, IBM, J2, Symbol, Oracle and Sage Accounting.
