Prestige law firm adopts Rendezvous

Leading law firm Day Pitney LLP has selected Rendezvous from NFS to manage meeting rooms and other facilities in its nine offices along the Eastern Seaboard. Rendezvous is the advanced browser-based meeting room, conference and foodservice management solution from NFS. Rendezvous will be deployed as a company-wide scheduling platform with project completion scheduled for October 2008.

Self-service – Making It Easier For Staff

By deploying the Rendezvous Self-service interface, staff will be able to view availability 24/7, make booking requests and book multi-location meetings with full confidence that rooms and services will be available. Set up and tear down times are also fully automated.
