Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP Move Forward With New Meeting Room Scheduling Technology

Rendezvous, NFS Technology for Meeting Room Management, to be deployed in London and Brussels offices


In July 2010, Field Fisher Waterhouse LLP (FFW) selected Rendezvous, the web-based and highly scaleable Meeting Room Management System from NFS Hospitality.

A European law firm providing commercial solutions across a range of industry sectors, FFW has a particular focus on companies that are highly regulated and those with intellectual property and technology driven business models.
The organisation has over 140 partners, 240 other lawyers and nearly 300 support staff across offices in Brussels, Hamburg, Paris, London and Manchester. It also has exclusive relationships with Spanish firm Jiménez de Parga and Italian firm, La Scala.

The company’s main areas of practice are corporate, IP, technology and regulatory law with leading expertise in areas such as banking and finance, financial services, real estate, dispute resolution, personal injury and medical negligence.

In 2010, FFW made the decision to deploy Rendezvous, the web-based, flexible and scalable scheduling solution from NFS Hospitality.

Rendezvous will be implemented at FFW’s London office, located in two separate buildings, as well as at their office in Brussels. The software suite will help the firm improve the booking and management of meeting rooms, catering and AV, providing a better service to clients and also making it easier for staff to have availability information, as well as being able to request meeting rooms on a 24/7 basis. This facility will become available as FFW rolls out the web-based Self Service tool – part of the Rendezvous suite.

As a multi-location, web-based booking system, Rendezvous will also make it much easier to book meetings across multiple sites, responding to the significant growth in Audio and Video Conferencing forecast for the next five years.
