NFS Announces New Guest Manager – for Reservations & CRM – at The Bar Show

The Bar Show, now in its tenth year, will be held 15-16 June at the Business Design Centre in Islington, and will bring together leading international brands as well as unique, specialist suppliers involving products and services from all sectors of the industry. Attendees are offered the opportunity to meet industry leaders, key decision makers, international bar stars and contemporary style gurus.

Advice and inspiration will be freely available from the industry’s leading designers in Design Talks, and BAR Build will showcase the very best in lighting, furniture and other essential bar build products, as well as club technology and audio solutions.

Bar.10, as it is labelled, will incorporate the brand new London Cocktail Summit, where leading drinks experts from around the world, international bartenders, food and drink scientists and global brand owners will gather together for two days of experiments, demonstrations and talks from chief execs of the biggest drinks companies in the world.

At this year’s event NFS Hospitality will be showing their highly successful and fully integrated Customer Loyalty program now used by many restaurant groups – some with up to 100,000 registered diners. NFS’ Aloha Loyalty module is integrated with the Aloha EPOS suite, as is their new Restaurant Reservations and CRM product – Aloha Guest Manager – which will also be showcased at Bar.10.

Guest Manager is an innovative solution for optimising the guest experience and maximising seat utilisation. It provides reservation management, wait list management, table management and guest tracking – all with tight integration to Aloha POS.

This new solution has many features that can help a hospitality business achieve optimum guest satisfaction, including the ability to capture key guest information to provide a more personalised service, online booking functionality, flexible floor plans and server section assignment, a CRM module for marketing purposes and integration to 3rd party booking portals.

Guest Manager is also an effective Event Management system, allowing users to build events and packages using function sheets, reserve designated areas for private functions and allow 3rd party bookers to check availability, whilst roaming access is offered to authorised personnel.
