New Scheduling Software for Leading Egyptian Law Firm as The Arab Spring Brings Changes to the Region
To better cope with expansion and development of their business, premier legal organisation in the Middle East, Hafez Avocats, sought a new booking system for internal and client meetings. Their search led them to Rendezvous Workspace – the browser-based desktop and mobile scheduling software from NFS.
Multi-Location Global Law Firm Uses Rendezvous to Manage Meeting Rooms and Catering across Two Sites
Wragge & Co is a top UK law firm with over 1,000 employees. The firm began to look for a system that could handle bookings for 42 meeting rooms across London, including at Head Office. The system also had to produce maintenance, catering and quarterly meeting reports, and be user-friendly. Rendezvous, the integrated meeting room and resource scheduling software from NFS, now successfully manages bookings at both locations.
With thousands of employees at offices around the world, Fujitsu General UK’s headquarters in London’s Baker Street has about 250 employees – and a steady stream of visitors. Facilities Coordinator Jacqui Wade and her team began to look for a system to manage catering and meeting room booking, but on seeing a demo of Rendezvous, they realised that it could handle much more than that, including visitor management.
Rendezvous, the browser-based meeting room, conference and catering software from NFS Hospitality, was selected by Volkswagen UK for their new National Learning Centre, with 32 training rooms and a large atrium for events. Rendezvous has the power and flexibility to help manage as many as 400 delegates a day, and has enabled the centre to transform the training process, even with the challenge of heavy visitor volumes.
With the participation of Ford Motor Company, the £50 million Centre for Engineering and Manufacturing Excellence (CEME) in East London is considered one of the most exciting new learning environments ever created. CEME required a totally multi-purpose system; one that would enable them to schedule facilities and resources. Rendezvous met their short- to mid-term functional requirements as well as their architectural needs.
