In 2004, Volkswagen UK made a strategic decision to sell more cars, we must invest in our people. The Volkswagen Group National Learning Centre is a unique facility which opened in early 2005. The centre, located near Volswagen’s head office in Milton Keynes, serves multiple dealers and multiple brands – Volswagen passenger cars, Volswagen commercial vehicles, Audi, Skoda and SEAT, providing technical and nontechnical training for the entire UK operation.

Fujitsu General (U.K.) Co., Limited is one of the world’s leading IT systems and service companies. With thousands of employees at offices around the world, its UK headquarters in London’s Baker Street has about 250 employees – and a steady stream of visitors.
In early 2006, in anticipation of an April move to a new building, Facilities Coordinator Jacqui Wade and her team began to look for a system to handle catering and meeting room booking.
