At Hostec 2011, NFS Hospitality is showcasing their latest, integrated software offerings for hospitality and leisure businesses. Vistors will be able to see some great new solutions, all of which are helping NFS clients maximise revenues and increase retention and acquisition of customers.
Exciting new solutions for the hotel industry
NFS has been providing hotel solutions for many years, spanning all property management needs, including bedrooms, F&B, conference & banqueting and leisure activities. Two exciting new solutions for hotels are being launched at this year’s show.
NFS’ new offering, iQ-Schedule, is a scheduling solution for any property with meeting rooms, tours, spa facilities or activities. Providing a seamless approach to managing all guest scheduling needs, the software is fully integrated with roomMaster 2000 andiQ-POS, an integrated POS solution, enabling staff to provide a higher level of service with tools like full guest history and integrated billing.
iQ-Gift Cards is NFS’ new, integrated gift card solution that works with roomMaster 2000 and iQ-POS. With no transaction fees, the software can be configured to work across multiple locations and/or specific hotels. It can help to generate substantial additional income through personalised marketing plans for existing clients, and targeted incentives to keep them coming back.
Integrated solutions for restaurants, bars & nightclubs
NFS offers the complete EPOS package with back office capability, but where the company is seeing increased success across UK sites is through use of online loyalty applications that integrate fully to the point of sale.
“Loyalty is making an important impact not just on the more traditional of our restaurant clients, such as Dover Street Restaurant & Bar, but also on newer concepts, likeCadbury Cocoa House, a new high street cafĂ© brand launched in October by Cadbury,” says Luis De Souza, Managing Director of NFS.
Cadbury’s first store, in Bluewater Shopping Centre, opened its doors equipped with NFS’ Aloha EPOS solution and integrated loyalty and marketing, which will help to generate interest in the new concept and create brand loyalty through use of customisable promotional plans designed to stimulate additional revenue stream opportunities. In addition Cadbury have implemented Aloha Guest Manager, for guest and table management, which will contribute to increased sales by maximising seating capacity.
One-stop shopping for club management
An important facet of the solutions NFS offers golf and private member clubs is their ability to help with member retention, reduce running costs and produce business-critical reports, whilst generating better revenue streams from existing members and customers through use of Profiling, Loyalty and CRM.
NFS have some significant new clients in this industry, most recently Brocket Hall, in Hertfordshire. One of the UK’s finest golf destinations, Brocket Hall is using all available modules in IBS.nxt, the NFS club management solution, allowing the club to manage its wide-ranging requirements such as bespoke event planning, bedroom reservations and tee-time booking. IBS.nxt offers a powerful business intelligence tool that gives live, real-time data across the club, so the Brocket team is able to consolidate reporting across all of their business areas.
Advanced scheduling solutions for venues of all sizes
Rendezvous, NFS’ browser-based suite for Conference & Banqueting Management, has seen strong growth adoption in the past few years, with many new venue clients choosing the hosted version of this solution,Rendezvous SaaS. This is an affordable way to implement advanced scheduling technology previously only accessible to larger, bigger-budget venues. By opting for the Software-as-a-Service option, smaller venues can enjoy the same benefits, at a reasonable monthly cost.
King’s House is the central meeting place and conference centre of King’s Church, in Manchester. For the past five years, the venue used a completely manual system to manage the business, which was very time-consuming and prone to errors. Since installing Rendezvous SaaS in 2010, the team has noticed a huge reduction in admin associated with the booking process, and now has much more time for business development and targeting potential new customers.
NFS’ highly effective and fully integrated software solutions are continually allowing their hospitality and leisure clients to achieve better business, with higher profits. By using fully supported solutions that help to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction and also increase productivity, they are able to stay one step ahead.
