Rendezvous Reporting
Rendezvous is a browser-based application using an industry standard MSSQL database, which provides a great deal of freedom and flexibility in report writing. The application uses Crystal Reports (Developer and Enterprise editions), a market leader in report writing.
Rendezvous is equipped with an extensive standard report set, which can be customized, enabling reports to be created for any output required. In addition to standard reports custom, reports can also be created using Report Manager. NFS provide report editing service as well as training to client staff report writing.
Operational Reports
- Daily Room Bookings: View daily meeting room bookings.
- DaEvent Sheet by Date: View event and meeting room reports spanning user defined dates ranges. The event sheet is best used for multi-room bookings.
- Departmental Planner: Print or e-mail departmental reports for appropriate service areas such as catering for ease of information distribution.
- Full To Do List: This report can be used as a checklist to ensure no details are left out for meeting room bookings.
- Function Summary: A report providing details of meeting rooms booked and other items required.
Financial Reports
- Quotations: A financial summary of costs
- Invoiced Revenue by client/agent/source of business: Review revenue by source.
- Deposit Due/Received: Monitor deposit status to ensure successful revenue flow.
- Lost Business Analysis: Review business lost and identify trends to improve conversation rates.
- Value of Business by sales person/agent: Allows staff sales to be rewarded in terms of revenue earned and agents to be paid commissions due.
Sales & Marketing
- Opportunity Analysis: Identify the effectiveness of outbound marketing and sales efforts
- Lead-time Analysis: Identify the success rates of conversations
- Client Analysis: Establish the revenue generated by account
Report Query Tool
In addition to the standard report set and Report Manager, the Query Tool is a simple to use wizard that enables users to produce their own reports. The query tool requires no previous experience or complex user training in Crystal Reports. Using the Query Tool users can literally write queries to extract information specific to their needs at the time.
With the Query Tool, specific sales as well as operational information can be quickly obtained, making it possible to undertake tactical campaigns.
