Rendezvous Restaurant Module

Many operators seek to maximize their use of space by using rooms as dining spaces as well as function rooms. From small working lunches through to large Christmas parties, it clearly makes sense to allocate available rooms to meet changing needs. The Restaurant module allows users to manage their restaurant bookings through Rendezvous, by giving the users the facility to set up rooms which can handle multiple bookings concurrently.

Without the Restaurant module it would be difficult to manage multiple bookings, due to all the associated requirements: table allocation, different menus, beverage requirements, last-minute changes in numbers – and last but not least – accurate deposit handling and billing.

With the Restaurant module this process is made very simple. The Restaurant Diary in Rendezvous allows the user to block off space in the most flexible way and view multiple bookings within a room directly from the diary screen.
