    With iQ-Schedule it is easy for front desk staff to view and book events straight from the guest folio or reservations. Clear notifications are displayed when a front desk employee wishes to cancel a room reservation for a guest in the PMS, with events booked in iQ schedule, so this can be cancelled at the same time.

    The solution also integrates fully with iQ-POS so that tours, activities or spa treatments can be easily created on the point of sale and then billed to the guest’s folio. Alternatively, the integrated credit card module can be used to process payment.

    Automated Notifications for Employees

    Schedules for appointments that require contracted employees can be emailed to those employees. The solution also updates employees’ smart phone calendars, ensuring no double booking of their time.
