We have built the tools for true multi–location VC scheduling based on Microsoft Outlook and Notes.

In addition to standard scheduling we have created Outlook (2003/2007) Wizards that guide the user through a simple VC booking experience, while taking care of all the complexities using a powerful workflow engine.
