03. User Training

We have developed comprehensive training programmes for our clients with training both for the end user and management team. Training usually lasts between three and six days and we can also offer training to your IT and management teams. Our programmes are designed to cover all aspects of our solutions:

Before we start training, our project manager will be in contact to discuss the training plan and also the system configuration which will be tailored to your own specific needs. Shortly before the training session, we issue a detailed training plan which outlines all the steps that will be covered. With this level of detail and care we can ensure that your staff will be fully capable of using the solution from day one.

04. Data Management Services

We offer a full database management service based on your needs and requirements. We have been successfully developing databases for our clients for years, and pride ourselves on understanding what you want to achieve and delivering on time and on budget. Typically, such changes can be turned around in one working day.

For Our Restaurant Clients, for Example, We Provide Changes Covering:

  • Major menu changes

In addition, we offer a full data migration service so you can enjoy a fast transition of your existing system data – for example, we can import your menus from Excel into our point of sale.

Our front of house solution works with all the major GDS, enabling hoteliers to leverage platforms such as Agoda, Laterooms, Lastminute and Hotels.com whilst ensuring all rates are optimised and room inventory is in sync between the PMS and GDS.

Loyalty and Guest Marketing

We work with the leading loyalty and guest marketing solutions so our clients can drive campaigns across multiple channels such as SMS, email, Facebook and twitter coupled with advanced analytics to ensure constant improvement of marketing communications.

We offer a range of custom options including the development of interfaces to third-party solutions. For example, for our public sector clients we have developed interfaces to accounting systems, and for a large PGA golf course we have developed custom links to their email marketing solution.

07. Hosting

For smaller clients who may not have a large internal IT infrastructure we offer a hosting option so they can enjoy our solutions with an overall low cost of total ownership and minimal initial capital expenditure.

Larger clients can choose to move their solutions into the cloud, as part of the trend for outsourcing IT. They rely on us to provide a fully managed service.
