Company Information

We are a privately held, international technology company, specialising in the hospitality, facilities and leisure markets. We provide software, hardware and a full range of implementation services to our clients in over 30 countries, through NFS offices and a network of Business Partners.

NFS has been in business for 21 years and we now have a client base of over 1500 customers across the market segments we serve. Most of our sales and operational staff are recruited from the industries we serve, typically with more than five years’ business experience and as a company we enjoy high staff retention rates.

We deliver our solution and services from offices based in the UK (HQ), USA, Ireland and South Africa. We have Business Partners in Canada, Dubai, Malaysia, Netherlands, Hong Kong, Sidney and New Zealand.

NFS works with many leading international software and hardware companies like NCR, IBM, Dell, IQ Software, IBS Software, HP and Cisco. Using well proven industry standard hardware and operating systems, we aim to deliver cost effective total solutions to our clients, with reliability, affordability, ease of use and low total cost of ownership being the priorities we strive hard to achieve. All our services are backed by a 24/7 Global Helpdesk, operating 365 days a year. The high quality of our after sales support service has been recognised by service providers like Moneypenny https://www.moneypenny.com/uk/ who recently awarded NFS a best in class service award.

We have a close relationship with Microsoft and have secured Gold Partner status in 2014. We also have business partner status with HP, IBM and Cisco as well as a number of partner relationship with VC, AV and digital signage providers like Harman AMX and Crestron, ensuring that we can deliver to our clients in the corporate meeting room business a total solution encompassing; the scheduling solution, the space utilisation components, the room panel and AV signage elements as well as the integration to security, ERP and a range of facilities systems.

As a Company, NFS seek long client engagements and more than 50% of our customers have been engaged with us for more than 10 years. We are also extremely proud of the customer service we deliver and in a recent survey, over 75% of our clients rated our support service very good or excellent.

NFS provides a range of best of breed software in the vertical markets we serve, in conjunction with industry leading services as well as custom development support, recognising that client needs vary and the delivery of a total solution requires the creation of a total solution encompassing; software, hardware and a range of reporting and integration services. Increasingly our service proposition is extending into the delivery of web based reporting, on line booking portals, mobile solutions as well as SaaS delivery where appropriate.
