Situated in a quiet area next to St George’s Hospital, Pelican London Hotel and Residence offers 210 rooms, of which 50 are long-term residential suites serving the hotel apartment sector, together with meeting facilities and an in house Thai and Western Grill.
With a 24 hour front desk in operation, the new owners required an integrated property management system to ensure online bookings, check in processes and reservations for the hotel, restaurant and meeting facilities could operate as smoothly as possible.
