CEO Luis De Souza is a key speaker at a prestigious conference on workplace trends at the iconic AON headquarters.
The event, at the Aon Centre in Leadenhall Street, attracted delegates from across the industry to hear about the latest innovations available to support agile workers and collaborative workspaces.
Luis spoke on the latest trends in the connected workplace, revealing how NFS’ market-leading Rendezvous technology is helping organisations around the world to empower their workforce with easier booking and scheduling of meeting rooms, desks and related services such as videoconferencing.
He said: “Space is a costly commodity these days, but many UK organisations are failing to make full use of what they have. Technology such as Rendezvous can increase worker productivity by giving them easy visibility of available workspace and the ability to book it online, together with all the equipment they need for an efficient day’s work.”
NFS’ Nick Day also took to the stage to share his thoughts on how workplace design and technology have an important role to play in attracting and retaining skilled staff against the backdrop of a significant worldwide shortage of available talent.
Ben Luvaglio, Business Unit Director for CBRE who partnered with NFS and others to deliver Aon’s new Global Headquarters – also spoke to delegates, outlining how they executed on the move to agile working, before leading a tour of the client suite and flexible working areas.
The tour was followed by a networking opportunity over refreshments.
Luis said: “Thanks to Aon for inviting us to take part in this event, which was an excellent chance for everyone to learn about some ground-breaking moves in agile working and actually see them in operation.”
