Innovation in the workplace was top of the agenda during a week-long festival in London and New York – and Luis De Souza of NFS Technology joined speakers providing expert opinion.
Workplace Week – which took place in November and is organised by Advanced Workplace Associates – is a festival celebrating the latest developments in managing and improving the places where people work.
The London festival included a series of exclusive behind the scenes tours and bespoke events at some of London’s most innovative and creative workspaces, with all proceeds donated this year to BBC Children In Need.
NFS Technology provides the leading workspace and resource scheduling and booking system Rendezvous Workspace, and CEO Luis De Souza took part in one of the festival’s lively fringe events in London.
He said: “I was delighted to contribute actively to Workspace Week and enjoyed the enthusiasm of everyone who took part.
“The efficient management of our workplaces is becoming more and more important as organisations adopt more agile working practices and real estate becomes more costly.
“Research shows that a well-run and well-designed workplace, where employees are able to quickly locate and book the room or desk they need to do their jobs well, can contribute to both worker wellbeing and productivity.”
