Workspace industry experts NFS Technology are honoured to be included in Gartner’s 2023 Market Guide for Workplace Experience Applications, one of only 16 workplace experience organisations to be chosen as Representative Vendors.
The market guide aims to help workplace leaders select applications that support their future of work, and Gartner based the list of vendors on its independent analysis of the global workplace experience (WEX) market.
The report states: “Improving the employee workplace experience is the No 1. Priority for 67% of corporate workplace leaders who are increasingly working with the digital workplace team to optimize the hybrid experience.”
Rendezvous Workspace by NFS is a leading workspace management solution used by organisations around the world to ienhance their workspace utilisation and employee experience. CEO Luis De Souza says: “It’s quite an accolade to be chosen as a Representative Vendor in this market report, because Gartner’s analysis of the market is extremely stringent.
“The workplace is now enjoying a complete reset, and our experts continue to develop Rendezvous to be the ideal partner for workplace leaders seeking to make the most of their space and their talented staff.
“The report highlights many of the features we have developed for Rendezvous, including desk and meeting room booking via mobile apps, and a colleague search facility so people are in the office at the same time as the colleagues they need to work with.
“As workplaces and the demands upon them evolve, our experts and thought leaders are looking well ahead to identify and satisfy future requirements. Our aim is always to help workplace leaders, FMs and HR managers to create the perfect employee experience where creativity, wellness and talent retention can thrive.”
4 recommendations for workplace leaders from the Gartner Market Guide:
- Draw up a list of application capabilities you need to support your organisational goals for the role of the office in your hybrid workplace strategy, while continuing to deliver employee satisfaction.
- Select the vendors who have areas of focus that align with your future of workplace strategy.
- Do not over-prioritise core capabilities – focus instead on emerging capabilities such as consumerised application features and virtual assistants.
- If your organisation is heavily invested in Microsoft, you need to include some integration with Microsoft by identifying requirements such as open API.
Luis says: “By 2025, the percentage of desk workers who prefer to work full time from a corporate workplace will fall to less than 5%. The focus on providing a people centric hybrid working environment will continue to grow.
“We believe Rendezvous workplace management software can help employees to be faster, smarter and happier in their work – and we’re delighted that our commitment to supporting this aim has been recognised.”
