London-based Peyton and Byrne, the high-profile concession caterer run by renowned restaurateur Oliver Peyton, with over 20 years of experience, has selected Rendezvous, by NFS Hospitality, as the ideal event management system for running Peyton Events, their successful Banqueting & Events business.

Peyton and Byrne boasts a growing portfolio of museum and gallery restaurants and cafés across London and offers food and drink of the highest quality made using the freshest and finest ingredients from local producers around the UK and beyond.

Rendezvous, the web-based Event & Venue Management solution, will bring together P&B’s entire customer database and will make it easier for Head Office to deal with what is now a truly multi-site catering business from the point of view of communications and centralised management.

P&B’s event business requires a lot of coordination and often involves distributing details by email or by printed documents – but when event details change this system is not efficient. Sales people are based in each of these venues and do not always have visibility of what is happening at other venues. Rendezvous will provide P&B with a booking system that can provide not just function details to all in operations, but also availability of resources.

Shyam Bharadwaj, Client Relations Executive at NFS, says that Rendezvous will allow the company to optimise revenue by immediately identifying alternate venues when first choice is not available. This will ensure that P&B can meet clients’ needs, and the sales personnel can then focus on up-selling and using the tools available in Rendezvous to generate future leads.
