Luis De Souza
Founder and ChairmanLuis founded NFS in 1994 with a clear vision: to bring genuinely great software to the hospitality industry. Over three decades, he has grown the business into a trusted technology partner for hundreds of operators across the UK, Europe and Africa. A hands-on leader with deep sector expertise, Luis remains closely involved in strategic direction and client relationships - and his commitment to customer satisfaction shapes everything NFS does.
Laura Raccanello
Chief Operating OfficerLaura joined NFS in 1999 and has been central to the company's growth ever since. As COO, she oversees implementation, support and day-to-day operations - ensuring that every client gets the experience they were promised, from installation through to helpdesk support. Her expertise in the NFS product suite and her composed, decisive leadership style contribute greatly to the team’s success.
Dan Smith
Chief Revenue OfficerDan joined NFS in 2025 with a strong track record in building major accounts and transforming sales processes, gained at Dojo, Kobas and Tevalis. He brings commercial rigour and deep hospitality technology knowledge to the team, with a particular focus on enterprise clients and strategic partnerships. Dan is instrumental in shaping how NFS engages with the market at scale.
Param Sasitharan
Finance ManagerParam oversees the financial operations of NFS, ensuring the business is run with the same rigour and attention to detail we bring to our client work. Working closely with Luis and the leadership team, he provides the financial insight and discipline that underpins the company's continued investment in technology and people.
Taylor Szabo
Head of EPOS ProjectsTaylor brings a rare combination of real-world hospitality experience and technical expertise. After many years working in the industry, he made the transition into IT - and NFS gave him the platform to do it. As Head of the EPOS Projects, Taylor bridges the gap between operators and technology, ensuring that implementations go smoothly and that clients feel supported every step of the way.
