It also owns Serviced Apartments Worldwide who act as a global aggregator to the wholesale travel market for more than 500 serviced apartments. Implementing the powerful roomMaster property management system across all its properties has created significant savings and efficiencies for the Group.

Mansley Group Holdings, a privately-owned business, offers a portfolio of around 100 different apartments ranging from studios to four-bedroom apartments, designed both for the corporate and leisure traveller and available for short and long-term stays.
Under the brand Serviced Apartments Worldwide, based in Singapore, the group acts as an aggregator to the wholesale travel industry. It employs the latest technology in the sector to deliver up-to-date pricing and availability for over 500 serviced apartment blocks worldwide with particular emphasis on Europe, Asia and the USA.
What Mansley needed
Mansley Serviced Apartments wanted to implement a system that could manage all of their four properties as well as connect the database to both channel management/online bookings as well as their own aggregator site (SAW). The financials from their system also needed to update their Sage accounting system.
The Solution: roomMaster from NFS
Mansley initially implemented the powerful roomMaster property management system from NFS Technology to manage their apartments in Mayfair and Kensington, along with an interface to the Sage accounting system.
They used the system for a year or so and then moved their Edinburgh Serviced Apartments onto the system and introduced a channel manager that links both to roomMaster and into their aggregator site in Singapore.
Implementing the roomMaster system group-wide has created significant benefits for Mansley Serviced Apartments. It has led to standardised reporting, and increased efficiencies in Mansley’s business processes, because all bookings that come via their own website, online travel agents and their own aggregator site are now instantly integrated in the system. In addition, the roomMaster property management system was set up to maximise the yield per apartment, and this has resulted in higher ADRs for the company.
