Many exciting projects

We’ve continued to expand our client base with the addition of international brands, UK venues and blue chip companies installing Rendezvous Events to power their events business.

They include:

  • Holiday Inn and Crowne Plaza

    These are two of the largest hotels in Liverpool under the management of Centre Island Hotels. With their conference, wedding and events market getting busier and busier, their current event management system did not provide the group with the reporting required to manage the operational element of the hotel whilst providing management with the sales and marketing data to support their position. Speed of deployment of their new system was a paramount decision in choosing NFS.

  • South Glamorgan County Council

    Penarth Pier stands majestically looking out over the Severn estuary and is home to the iconic 1929 art deco styled refurbished Pavilion building with a new Head of Sales and Events recognising the need to streamline its business, it was evident Rendezvous Events fitted all their requirements. The client needed one system and a point of truth from enquiry to contracts, billing and enquires direct from their website into Rendezvous.

  • CH&Co

    CH&CO, the holder of a Royal Warrant for catering services to HM The Queen, continues to install Rendezvous Events as its event management software of choice across its brand from Gather & Gather to Vacherin/Entrée.

  • Searcys

    Searcys create fabulous events across a portfolio of historic and unusual venues to include well known locations as the Gherkin and The British Academy. We are very pleased to have the stamp of approval from their latest customer, The Institute of Directors.

  • Unilever UK & Unilever Singapore

    Hellmann`s mayonnaise, Sure deodorant, Magnum ice creams and Knorr stockcubes have one thing in common – they are all owned by Unilever, used by 2.5 billion people in 190 countries. The other interesting fact is Unilever use Rendezvous Events to manage their Four Acres International Training centres in both the UK and Singapore.

New features for you

  • E-sign documents

    An easy-to-use way to get documents signed, providing a full audit trail on each document that helps you keep track of the process. Signed documents are automatically retrieved and stored against the customer record.

  • Proposal templates

    We’ve made it easy to create templates using Microsoft Word, which can be merged with over 70 fields from the event.You can create multiple proposals, choosing from different templates on each event which can be presented to your customer in different formats.

  • Quickbook for Rendezvous

    This new program can be tightly integrated into Microsoft Outlook & Microsoft Exchange calendars. Quickbook is designed for users who primarily create internal meetings.

  • Enquiry management

    Rendezvous Widgets will allow you to take enquiries or bookings from your website with little effort.

  • Integration to Microsoft Dynamics

    Enhance your sales and marketing with seamless integration to CRM. Use one single solution to manages sales opportunities, drive marketing campaigns and maximise performance. All the tools you need to acquire new sales and increase revenues from existing clients.

  • Venue Directory Integration

    Expand your marketing reach through the integration with this leading directory. Sell event space on a 24/7 basis to thousands of potential buyers. All data is passed straight through to Rendezvous with no need to rekey data ever.

New thinking for hybrid working

We have also helped venues repurpose their events space to lettable office and desk space whilst using Rendezvous. Our longer established clients have realised the benefits of remote working for their team and easy access to Rendezvous. We’ve helped them move from the traditional installed on the premises model to our cloud-based SaaS model.

CRM integration

Venues in today’s extra-competitive market need a more focused sales solution and stronger CRM to help them understand their customers better and market to them more effectively. As a result, we have integrated Rendezvous with Microsoft Dynamics 365, offering a real competitive edge to our users.
