We’re proud to say Aloha epos software by NFS supports many of the leading household names in hospitality – and we’re delighted to offer our congratulations to these most recent successes:
The multinational craft brewery and pub chain has just launched its biggest venue yet, in Waterloo, to massive public acclaim. NFS is proud to say our Aloha epos technology supports no fewer than 97 BrewDogs across the UK, India, Australia, Germany, Shanghai and Tokyo – the huge new Waterloo pub features 16 Aloha tills.
The ‘From Bombay With Love’ street food chain continues to grow across the UK from London to Birmingham, Manchester and Edinburgh, and is getting ready to launch its fabulous new Canary Wharf restaurant. With great customer experience a priority, Dishoom uses Aloha to deliver iPad ordering at the table.
The biggest noodle chain in Asia opened its first branch in Europe – in London – in 2021, but already has eight branches open with more pending. The swift and seamless QSR operation, supported by Aloha from NFS, uses superb visual displays for ordering that show each item as it is selected. CEO Keith Bird says: ““NFS go beyond the norm to partner with Marugame, providing their time and expertise as well as commitment to develop a customised solution for our business, incorporating best in class epos, kitchen automation, card payment and loyalty.”
Gaucho believes every guest should experience a little bit of Argentine life. Its food, its wine, its culture and the passion of the people – and it’s a recipe that is paying off. The Rare Restaurants group has now grown to 22 Gaucho restaurants – all supported by Aloha by NFS – and several more are already in the pipeline. Meanwhile, M has opened its audacious new restaurant at Canary Wharf, London, and founder Martin Williams says: “This is the most polished, beautiful restaurant we have. It has the learnings of the other ones behind it.”
Born out of a desire the bring the best in Berlin street food to Britain, it opened its first UK franchised site – in Manchester Arndale Centre – in 2021, and is rolling out fast. With a swift and satisfying customer experience central to its offering, the chain is using order kiosks and has an extremely systemised operating structure developed over four years with the help of NFS. CEO Suj Legha says this operating system provided the perfect foundations for expansion, and as well as growing across the UK, Döner Shack is seeking site franchisees in the USA.

Restaurant owners now have access to frictionless client engagement thanks to an exclusive partnership between NFS and the most advanced digital guest experience platform, Paytronix Systems Inc, in the UK and Ireland.
“The Paytronix platform seamlessly integrates with Aloha, to be able to offer our clients a tool to improve client engagement, grow revenue and be able to get a much better picture on both client spend and preferences,” said Chris Cartmell, Chief Commercial Officer of NFS restaurant technology.
