Event Billing
Rendezvous manages invoicing, deposit handling, payments and event billing, and includes a detailed billing function. The scheduling system can assist in managing a range of details related to event billing, such as contracts, Banquet Event Orders (BEOs), requesting and receiving deposits, invoicing and integration with current accounting systems.
Room Layout
Our highly intuitive Room Viewer module gives event or meeting planners the opportunity to maximise use of their space. Once data is entered on a simple form, Room Viewer automatically generates a detailed seating diagram, so that planners have an accurate, professional view of the room to present to clients.
Restaurant Management
The Restaurant Management module allows users to manage their restaurant bookings through Rendezvous and also reserve multi-functional space capable of handling many bookings simultaneously, including table allocation, multiple menus, last-minute number changes and billing.
Accommodation Module

Self Service Interface
