Hotel PMS integration. Working with our partners such as Fetchpay - we now offer a seamless mobile ordering platform for hoteliers with total integration to the PMS. Improved guest experience and full revenue capture.

Dan Smith joined the company. As our CRO he brings a wealth of experience from his time at Dojo, Kobas and Tevalis in developing major accounts and transforming sales processes.

Lightspeed partnership. NFS became a major partner to Lightspeed, enabling us to offer another best-of-breed EPOS solution to our customers, especially in the mid-market.

Skytab partnership Recognising a need in the market for affordability - We partnered with Skytab - offering our clients an affordable yet feature-rich solution.

BrewDog Waterloo’s ‘jewel in the crown’, accommodating up to 1775 guests, work with NFS to deliver complete EPoS hospitality ecosystem.
2021
Marugame - the world’s largest udon chain chose Aloha EPOS and our integrated loyalty platform to drive its expansion into the UK and European market while also streamlining their operation.
2020
Covid! Mobile ordering and delivery integration. As our clients navigated Covid, we pivoted and expanded on our core restaurant EPOS offering them the ability to manage their delivery operations seamlessly.
2019
Burger King North Africa - with sites in the Ivory Coast and Kenya we deployed the Aloha Quick Service solution for this world-famous brand to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
2016
Hawksmoor - this renowned steakhouse restaurant chose Aloha to drive its expansion. We have integrated Aloha with our enterprise loyalty solution and with Dojo payments to create an enhanced guest experience.
2015
Big Easy - we deployed Aloha EPOS for this unique American barbecue experience. With five busy and large sites we delivered a robust solution that is ideal for this demanding environment where efficient table turns are a must.
2015
Gaucho Restaurants - this upmarket Argentinian steak house chain, have deployed Aloha EPOS and, in addition, have created an integrated ecosystem with loyalty, delivery, stock and enterprise reporting.
2012
BrewDog - after a rigorous tender process, the famous craft beer company installed our EPOS at 4 sites. This relationship continues to this day, and we have installed our EPOS solution at all their sites spanning the globe.
2010
Dishoom - we were selected by the world-famous Dishoom restaurant in Covent Garden to implement our EPOS solution. We now serve the entire group, including their new concept - Permit Room. Further innovations include QR code ordering.
2007
FYEO - We implemented the Aloha EPOS solution for For Your Eyes Only, a leading gentleman's club, to provide an unparalleled dining experience.
2005
EPOS Division Established - To better serve our growing EPOS customer base, we established a discreet EPOS division providing software, hardware and consultancy services from a dedicated office.
2003
Balans - We began our long and continued relationship with Balans in Soho, an institution in London's night time economy. Integration with our loyalty solution has driven both repeat visits and spend.
2001
NCR Partnership - Recognising the need for a best-of-breed EPOS solution for our growing client base, we began our long partnership with NCR which we enjoy to the present day.
1999
Laura Racanello joined the company to head up our help desk and implementation team. As our Chief Operating officer, Laura is pivotal in the future direction of the company.
1997
South African Expansion - Thanks to rapid demand in the region, we opened our South African office to serve the Southern African market with hospitality solutions. We have now expanded to two offices, one in Johannesburg and one in Cape Town.

Luis De Souza founded NFS in 1994 with a clear vision: to bring genuinely great software to the hospitality industry. Over three decades, he has grown the business into a trusted technology partner for hundreds of operators across the UK, Europe and Africa. A hands-on leader with deep sector expertise, Luis remains closely involved in strategic direction and client relationships - and his commitment to customer satisfaction shapes everything NFS does.
