Corporate catering company CH&Co, has installed Rendezvous, the best of breed event management software from NFS Technology to handle all its event management requirements.

CH&Co is a leading independent catering group with six specialist businesses that have been meeting the needs of employees, visitors, and guests for more than 20 years. Its highly skilled teams offer the broadest range of eating, hospitality and venue experiences in the UK – serving up to 60,000 people daily.

Rendezvous event management software from NFS is a well proven and fully functional package for meeting venues, used by many leading UK venue operators. Designed with commercial and unique venues in mind the solution enables users to reserve space and resources, request deposits and manage payments, assign and oversee tasks, track booking changes and ensure the proper delivery of catering and AV equipment.

We trialled Rendezvous at the Botanical Gardens in Birmingham,” explains CH&Co IT Director Michael Garcia. “Based on the software’s performance, its ease of use and the support provided by NFS, we have now implemented Rendezvous at the Old Royal Naval College, and plan to roll it out soon to other venues within our estate.

Rendezvous has helped us to streamline the booking and billing process, saving valuable time which our staff can now use to deliver better service. Having Rendezvous will also help with revenue generation as it gives us better information on our clients’ booking and consumption patterns.
