Industry champion Luis De Souza will be addressing the big challenges being faced by all modern workplaces at a prestigious international in-person conference in May.
Luis will be sharing practical tips and thought leadership on the Great Workplace Reset, its challenges and opportunities, with other industry leaders at the Crestron Modern Work Summit on 23-24 May in Madrid, Spain.
Luis – the CEO of NFS Technology, international providers of leading workplace technology Rendezvous – said: “While organisations have differences, we’re all facing the same challenges.
“How do we attract and retain the best talent? How can we reinvent the workplace to meet hybrid needs in the optimum way? What is the role of technology now and in the future?
“I’m delighted to join a panel of experts drawn from across the globe by our technology partners Crestron to share our views and help workplace leaders answer crucial questions at the Modern Work Summit.”
Themes over the two days of the conference will include cultural trends and shifts, reinventing the workplace, employee experience and digital equality, and the future of work.
Luis will be addressing specific topics including:
- Building trust through engagement and communication
- Practical ways to encourage workers to the office
- Using your available workspace to the best effect
- Creating a great office experience for employees.
He will also be sharing inspiring examples of best practice gained from the real life experience of NFS clients.
“These include a major company that is enabling its managers to build the week flexibly around tasks that require collaboration, then using team leadership and a frictionless office experience to encourage staff to visit the office,” he said.
Luis and the panel will also discuss the evolving role and management style of the workplace leader.
“Team leaders now have to curate what is right for their team and engage with them deeply, building up trust, allowing them some flexibility and making the office experience as frictionless as possible,” he said.
“The Great Workplace Reset is creating enormous opportunities for organisations to develop people-centric working environments where talent, wellness and collaboration can thrive, but workplace leaders still need to determine the answers to some big questions.
“The Crestron Modern Work Summit is an inspiring opportunity to explore this exciting evolutionary era, and we’re looking forward discussing ideas and best practice from the real world of work.”
