Rendezvous will provide a platform to streamline operations across a growing multi- venue business as well as make it easier to drive new business development more effectively, using built-in CRM functionality.
As a multi-venue system, with a single client database, Rendezvous will greatly improve access to customer information for sales, marketing and operational activities. This access to up to date availability, bookings, client profile and billing information offers more transparency and supports better business decision making. Reports such as Revenue Forecast and Top 50 Client information are available at the click of a button, making it easier to focus on business efforts more specifically.
Integration with the Microsoft desktop for e-mail capture and document management will further streamline LIFE’S KITCHEN’s operations with important features like Mail Merge. Multi- venue capability will also make it easier to develop new business opportunities through venues cross selling space and events.
