As the UK venues industry continues to combat the corona crisis, two ground-breaking organisations – the Venue Performance benchmarking platform and NFS Technology – have today announced a strategic partnership.
With more than 70 UK venues already contributing to Venue Performance’s benchmarking platform and many more onboarding during September, NFS Technology and Venue Performance have launched an initiative that gives NFS Technology’s clients who use Rendezvous venue management software the ability to deploy an ‘easy to run’ export that seamlessly transfers data between the two platforms.
Data insights will be invaluable to venues when measuring performance and new business targeting over the coming critical months and into 2021.
Venue Performance’s benchmarking platform enables venues to compare their commercial performance against their competitive set and market trends, which will in turn greatly help venues with financial planning, sales forecasting and overall business management.
Peter Heath of Venue Performance said: “We’re delighted to be working so closely with NFS Technology to greatly assist our joint clients with the smooth flow of critical data.
“NFS understand the need for critical business analysis and have worked really hard with our team to enable their platform to provide our joint clients with a pivotal data transfer process.
“The NFS CEO, Luis De Souza, and his team have been nothing short of exceptional during this challenging period and I’m delighted to announce this partnership.”
Luis said: “Our venue management software clients rightly expect us to support their sales and marketing efforts with relevant data insights so it was important for us to invest in creating a seamless data flow, to maximum the value of data in Rendezvous and support better business and commercial decisions.
“Venue Performance’s benchmarking platform is long overdue in our industry, and we are delighted to be supporting our clients through this partnership.”
