At NFS we appreciate that sometimes your staff may from time to time need some assistance in using our solutions. With that in mind, we offer an award winning help desk for our clients available 24 hours per day, 365 days per year.
As different businesses have different operating needs and budgets, we have tailored our support packages so that typically hotels will receive support from 7.00 a.m. to 11.00 p.m. while conference and banqueting cover is on a 9.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m. basis.
For those that require it we can provide an extended maintenance cover programme which provides full 24-hour software support and regular software upgrades. In addition, we offer a comprehensive hardware maintenance program which also operates on a 24/7, 365 days per year basis.
All our clients receive support from a team which has extensive experience within the hospitality and corporate sectors as well as having a thorough background in IT. In addition we work with a network of business partners who specialise in various associated areas spanning PC equipment, POS equipment, wireless solutions and wide area networking.
